This exporter was created to save the custom preset and settings used to export the asset, reducing the clicks of the artist working on the project and saving time. The user can just input the directory and version of the file they are exporting. The file will get exported along with the materials applied in the FBX file, so when you import the file in Unreal Engine the Materials will already be applied to object.
Here is an example of the workings of the tool in play where the objects are animated and will be exported into an empty folder.
Then the export file can be taken into Unreal Engine to test it out and as you can see the file gets exported along with the animations
After making some changes the exporter can export the file again with an increment in the version to avoid confusion for the artist.
So here again after importing the second version of the file, the changes can be visible in the engine.
